Basic Terms
These are the Terms that I want you to know
| Question | Answer |

| Rep | It is the it is preforming a given exercise one time |
| Set | It is the marker for the amount of reps you do per exercise |
| Concentric | Contracting the muscle (usually in opposition to gravity |
| Isometric | The holding of a muscle in place and not letting it relax |
| eccentric | It is when you are bringing the muscle back to the neutral position. |
| BMR | Basil Metabolic Rate |
| RMR | Resting Metabolic Rate |
| Carbohydrate | It is the primary energy source of the body |
| Protein | The muscle building macro-nutrient |
| Fat | A macro nutrient that is important for maintaining different body functions |
| Cardio | Is the section of your workout that is meant to strengthen your heart. |
