Alignment How a paragraph is positioned
Borders A decorative line or pattern that is displayed around objects (paragraph or tables)
Font The shape of characters. each font has a unique design and character spacing, and you can specify the size and format options such as bold, as bold or italics.
Format Painter A formatting tool that allows you to duplicate the character or paragraph formatting in selected text to a new text selection.
Line Spacing The space between two lines in a paragraph
margin The blank area surrounding the text along the top, bottom, left, and right edges of a page
Orientation Determines the direction of the elements on a page.
Page borders a formatting tool that applies a box or graphic at the edge of a page
Pane A small window withing the Word environment that provides a list of feature-specific options and commands
paragraph spacing the spacing btw two paragraphs in a document
RUler measuring tool that is used to align documents
Style or quick style a named collection if appearance settings that can be applied to sections a documents as a group
Symbol Character Marks that can be used to represent a idea or word such as copyright, trademark, or registered
Text Formatting Format which can be applied to only one word or even one letter in a document , such as font, text, size, color, bold, italics and underline
Paragaph Formatting Formatting options which will be applied to an entire paragraph, such as alignments, bullets, spacing, or borders
