QuestionAnswer
Footer Text appearing at the bottom of a page throughout a document.
Header Text appearing at the top of a page throughout the document.
Sort To arrange items in numerical or alphabetic order.
Network A set of computers that are connected together by wires, telephone lines, or satellites.
LAN Local area network; a network of computers within a building or buildings.
Internet The large international network of computers which hosts websites.
World Wide Web One part of the internet network.
Cyberspace The part of society that exists in networked computer systems rather than in a physical location.
Browser A software program that is used to access the internet.
Search Engine An internet site that is designed to find information.
Boolean logic Galax + school + secondary is an example of
Spam Unwanted e-mail, “junk mail”.
E-mail Sending information electronically from one computer to another.
