QuestionAnswer
Disease Management Feature that allows you to create pt. profiles based on criteria such as pt. age or diagnosis, then specifics a health plan or alerts for that profile
Document Management System System to store & name all of the documents which can be associated with a pt. record, including scanned imaging or labe results
Drugs Classify the drugs as either clinical, Frequently used & provider specific. allows you to define commonly used frequencies and dosages
Drug Interactions Info about how certain medication will react with pt. conditions & with presence of food of other meds.
DXCPT Basic billing function to select a diagnosis code & assign a treatement code& define the number of units for that procedure
eRX Electronically sends a pt's rx to a particular pharamcy
Image Scanned copy of paper documents, contain graphic data-x-rays, or photographs.
Nurse's Notes Template which can be used within Glo to track pt's status, over time rather than within an exam
Referral Letter to quickly generate a letter to either a PCP or referring physician following a pt's appt.
Scanner Device used to create an image of info stored on paper (OCR)
SmtCPT Allow to associate ICD9 code, tags, drugs, & pt education to with a treatment code.
SmtDx permanently associate CPT code, tags, drugs, & pt education to a diagnostic code
Smart Orders Assoicate a set of labs/orders along with a referral letter. can generate multiple orders with a few mouse clicks
Tasks Pane on Glo showing listof functions currently assigned to the user to perform some function-you can assign this function to another user
View Document Tab on pt. record, allows you to use the document management system to view any scanned images associated with a current pt. record.
Health Plan Critcal medical and demographic info gathered & stored for a patient. this info can be divided into categories, such as med hist, fmly hist, med conditions, social hist.
