Art Cards, Editions and Originals Art Cards, Editions and Originals originated when some artists began to create cards to sell, in addition to trading among themselves.

Mixed Media A technique involving the use of two or more artistic media, such as ink and pastel or painting and collage, that are combined in a single composition.
Color An element of art with three properties: 1. Hue or tint, the color name, example: red, yellow, blue 2. Intensity, the purity and strength of a color, example bright red or dull red. 3. Value, the lightness or darkness of a color
Composition The plan, placement or arrangement of the elements of art in a work.
Dry Media Pencils, pens, markers, etc.
Wet Media Watercolor paint, acrylic paint, etc.
Paper Media Collage, papercuts, found objects, etc.
Text The main body of words in a book, magazine, pamphlet, or other printed or electronic publication, or in any work of art.
