Flexor Digitorum Profundus O: Proximal ¾ of anterior and medial ulna I: Base of distal phalanges of 4 fingers A: Wrist flexion, DIP PIP MCP flexion.
Flexor Pollicis Longus O: Middle anterior radius, anterior medial ulna I: Base of distal phalanx of thumb; palmar A: Thumb, wrist flexion.
Extensor Carpi Ulnaris O: Lateral Epicondyle, middle ½ of posterior ulna I: Base of 5th metacarpal; dorsal side A: Wrist extension and ulnar deviation (adduction).
Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus O: Lateral Epicondyle, distal 1/3 of lateral supracondylar ridge I: Base of 2nd metacarpal; dorsal A: Wrist extension, radial deviation (abduction).
Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis O: Lateral Epicondyle I: Base of 3rd metacarpal; dorsal A: Wrist extension and radial deviation (abduction).
Extensor Digitorum O: Lateral Epicondyle I: 4 tendons to middle and distal phalanxes of 4 fingers; dorsal A: Wrist and digit 2-5 extension.
Extensor Indicis O: Distal 2/3 of posterior ulna I: Base of middle and distal phalanxes of 2nd phalange; dorsal A: Extension of 2nd digit.
Extensor Digiti Minimi O: Lateral Epicondyle I: Base of middle and distal phalanxes of 5th phalange; dorsal A: Extension of 5th digit.
Extensor Pollicis longus O: Posterior lateral of middle ulna I: Base of distal phalanx of thumb; dorsal A: Thumb extension.
Extensor Pollicis Brevis O: Posterior middle radius I: Base of proximal phalanx of thumb; dorsal A: Thumb extension.
