TAE Tris-Acetate-EDTA buffer solution used in agarose gel electrophoresis
TBE Tris-Borate-EDTA buffer solution used primarily for nucleic acid gel electrophoresis.
PBS Phosphate-buffered saline commonly used in ELISA immunoassays
