| resolution | the end of the story where the loose ends are usually tied up |

| flashback | an interruption of the story to tell something that happened earlier |

| stereotype | generalized belief about a specific group of people ignoring their individual uniqueness |
| alliteration | the repetition of constant sounds at the beginning of words |
