What aids in PREVENTING clots in vessels? Heparin
What are the two major types adaptive immunity? B-Cell immunity and T-Cell immunity
What determines arterial pressure? Cardiac Output and periphereal resistance
What chemical triggers immunity response? Cytokines
What are Immune System Cell Functions? Directly kill virus-infected or cancerous cells with NKiller Cells.
Whats the difference of Phagocytosis and NK Cells? Phagocytosis performed by macrophages,neutrophils and dendritic cells. They digest pathogens and debris inside vesicles. NK Cells are performed by lymphocytes. They consume cancerous cells without engulfing them.
