| How do you percieve white? | Clean,neat, basic and plain. |
| How do you percieve black? | Dark and formal. |
| What is hue? | Hue refers to the color itself. Each different hue is a different reflected wavelength of light. |
| What are the primary colors? | Red ,Blue, and Yellow. |
| What are the secondary colors? | Violet, Green and Orange. |
| What are the tertiary colors? | Red-violet,Blue-violet,Blue-green,Yellow-green,Yellow-orange,and Red-orange. |
| What is a saturated color? | A color that has no white or black in them. |
| What three groups make up the color wheel? | Primary colors, Secondary colors, and Tertiary colors. |
| What is a tint? | A saturated color that is mixed with pure white color.( The more white that you add to a saturated color, the lighter the color will become. ) |
| What is a shade? | A saturated color that is mixed with pure black color. ( The more black that you add to a saturated color the darker the color will become. ) |
| What are three colors that are considered to be warm colors? | Red,Orange, and Yellow. |
| What are three colors that are considered to be cool colors? | Blue,Green and Violet. |
| What are the five neutral colors? | Black,Grey,White,Brown and Tan. |
| What are the six types of color harmonies? | Monochromatic,Analogous,Complementary,Triadic, Split Complementary and Neutral. |
| What is monochromatic color harmony? | They are achieved by using tints and shades of only one color. |
| What is an analougus color harmony? | Done by using three or more colors that are next to each other on the color wheel. |
| What is a complementary color harmony? | Two colors that are directly across from each other on the color wheel. |
| What is a triadic color harmony? | Three colors that are located within equal distance of each other. |
| What is a split complementary scheme? | This is created by using any color and the two colors located next to that colors complement. |
| What is a neutral color scheme? | Any combonation of blacks,greys,whites,browns,and tans. |
