What is the origin, insertion, and function of the trapezius muscle? Occipital bone, clavicle, raises and lowers the shoulder
What muscles make up the rotator cuff? Supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis
Describe the difference between extrinsic and intrinsic muscles? Extrinsic muscles originate outside a structure and control large movements (wrist movement), while intrinsic muscles originate within a muscle and control fine motor skills (dexterity)
True or false: the triceps brachii is an extensor muscle that extends the lower arm? True
What is the syndrome characterized by weakness, pain, or tingling in the radial side of the hand? Carpal tunnel syndrome.
