Which bones have the site of hematopoiesis? Flat bones and long bones
What molecules are important for the contraction of the muscles? Calcium (Ca++) and ATP
What happens when there isn't enough stimulus to trigger an action potential? Action potential doesn't happen and the membrane repolarize to resting.
What causes protein to denature? Changes in temperature, changes in pH, radiation, and presence of certain hazardous chemicals
What are the membrane transport process? Passive processes and Active processes
Which layer of the epidermis releases lamellar bodies? Stratum Granulosum (granular layer).
Which zone only contains myosin? H zone
Goblet cells produce what and what is it's function? Goblet cells produce mucus which mostly functions as lubrication and protection.
What are the components of blood cells? Erythrocytes (red blood cells), Leukocytes (white blood cells), and Thrombocytes (platelets).
What classification of joint is the ball-and-socket? Multiaxial joint
What class is Epinephrine in and what subclass? Class II: Amines Catecholamines
