Raster Image Another name for a Bitmap image
Vector Image An image made of paths
Gradient To blend 2 or more colours into another
Fill To fill in a shape or object with a colour
Stroke To create an outline on the edge of a layer or shape
Duplicate To create an identical copy of something
Layer An item(s) that can be arranged on top or below another
Pixel One dot of colour in an image
Transparency Making something see through
Proportions Keeping the width and height the same % change
Opacity Making something slightly see through
Audience The people intended to consume a product
Purpose What something is designed to do
llustrations A vector drawing for example a character from a kid's book
Logo A simple easy to recognise image to identify a business
Icon An easy to spot symbol for example an email icon
Scalable When an object or image is able to be made bigger or smaller
Path A line or a shape used to create vector graphics
SVG File type for scalable vector graphic
JPG File type for bitmap images
