| quantity standards | established specifications used to measure the amount of work produced |
| reward | a tangible item that is given in return for someone's service or accomplishment |
| supervising | overseeing employees actions, monitoring their performance, and providing guidance and feedback |
| turnover | the rate at which an organization has to replace employees |
