Soft skills - people skills that allow you to be able to work with other people.

Adaptability. Being flexible / considerate.
Trust. Work scheduled hours. don't waste time. refuse to lie, cheat, and steal.
Fairness. Compromise respect other's opinions, don't play favorites.
Responsibility. Take pride in your other work, complete working assignments, don't make excuses.
Respect. Treat others with courtesy, don't talk back.
