Variedad de destrezas Grado en el que un trabajo requiere una variedad de acivicades, de manera que un empleado pueda usar diversas dentrezas y calentos.
Identidad de tareas Grado en el que un empleo requiere la terminacón de una pleza de trabajo compieta e identificable,
Importancia de tareas Grado en el que un trabajo produce un impacto importante en la vida o al trabajo de otra persona
Autonomía Grado en el que un empleo proporalona libertad, independencia y escreción considerables a un individuo para que programe su trabejo y derermine los procedimientos que usará para llevarlo a cabo.
Retroalimentación Grado en el que la ejecución de las actividades regueridas por un empleo da como resultado que un individuo obtenga información derecen y clara sobre la dicacia de su desempeño.
