TermDefinition
network definition when 2 or more devices are connected together in such a way that data can be transfered between them
LAN Local Area Networks - networks over a small geographical area
WAN Wide Area Networks - networks over a large geographical area
Standalone devices devices that are not connected to any others in any others such that they can't transfer files between them
