Periodic Table

valance electron transferring or sharing electrons
protons carries a positive (+) electrical charge. It also is the atomic number of an atom.
neutrons carries no electrical charge
electrons carries a negative (-) electrical charge

periodic table a table of elements based off of atomic number in rows and columns
group/family elements that have similar characteristics/properties
atomic mass unit used to measure the mass of the particles within the atom
