What are primary industries Produce/extract natural resources e.g. mining
What are secondary industries Transforms natural resources into products e.g. manufacturing
What are tertiary industries Distribute products to consumers e.g. supermarkets
What are quaternary industries Handle, transform and process information e.g. schools
What are quinary industries Handle services that are/used to be performed at homes e.g. childcare.
