| Nepotism | The practice of using ones power or influence to benefit ones friends or relatives |
| Patent Infringement | A violation of the rights of the person who owns a patent |
| Puffery | An unsubstantiated exaggeration or overstatement typically used for self-gain; most frequently used in advertisments, sales presentations, and financial forecasts |
| Trademark Infringement | The reproduction, counterfeiting, copying, or imitation, in commerce, of a registered mark |
