WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF VALVE OVERLAP? IT ALLOWS BETTER VOLUMETRIC EFFICIENCY AND LOWERS CYLINDER OPERATING TEMPERATURES. BETTER SCAVAGING OF THE EXHAUST GASSES.
