What is the difference between spatial and temporal summation? Spatial summation is when there are multiple pre-synaptic neurons targeting one post-synaptic neuron. Temporal summation is when there is one pre-synaptic neuron for the post-synaptic neuron.
What are the four classes of neurotransmitters? Amino Acids, Peptides, Monoamines, and Purines
