| Business Mode | A design for the successful operation of a business, identifying revenue sources, customer base, products, and details of financing. |
| Certificate of Authenticity | Documents that guarantee the authenticity, provenance, or originality of a product, such as a luxury item, coveted goods, or artwork |
| Cloning | Imitating various ideas and innovations from outside the company and then modifying them to be applied in their respective companies |
| Competitor | Other businesses who can offer the same or similar goods and services to your customers. |
| Copyright | The legal right of the owner of intellectual property |
| Exclusive Rights | A contract between an author and publisher that grants the publisher exclusive rights to publish, distribute, and sell the work |
| Franchise | A type of license that grants a franchisee access to a franchisor's proprietary business knowledge, processes, and trademarks |
| Franchisee | An individual that holds a franchise for the sale of goods or the operation of a service |
| Franchisers | The person or corporation that owns the trade-marks and business model |
| Idea Creation | A creative process businesses use to generate new ideas, whether they're tangible or intangible |
| Mega-Business | A big business; business of a certain extent |
| Patent | A right granted for an invention that is new and useful |
| Signage | any type of graphic display that communicates a message to a target audience |
| Trade Show | An event where companies in a particular industry gather to showcase their products and services |
| Trademark | Any word, phrase, symbol, design, or a combination of these things that identifies your goods or services |
