Ascending Tracts Collections of axons that carry information through the spinal cord to the brain.
Descending Tracts Collection of axons that carry information from the brain to neurons in the spinal cord.
Efferent Neurons Carry information from the CNS to the effectors.
Ascending Tracts Includes the spinothalamic pathways
Descending Tracts Includes the corticospinal pathways
