TermDefinition
Motherboard a printed circuit board containing the principal components of a computer or other device, with connectors into which other circuit boards can be slotted.
CD-ROM a compact disc used as a read-only optical memory device for a computer system.
RAM random-access memory
ROM read-only memory
Cooling fan cooling fans work by sucking the cold air at the bottom vent, and thereby realizing hot air from the top vent as the heat rises upward.
Heat sink a device or substance for absorbing excessive or unwanted heat.
Power supply supply with mechanical or electrical energy.
