Digital Footprint the trail of data you leave when using the internet
Cookies a piece of data from a website that is stored within a web browser that the website can retrieve at a later time
GeoLocation the identification of the geographic location of a user or computing device via a variety of data collection mechanisms
MetaData the data providing information about one or more aspects of the data
Data facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis
Spreadsheet a computer program that can capture, display and manipulate data arranged in rows and columns
Browser History to the list of web pages a user has visited
Digital Literacy an individual's ability to find, evaluate, and communicate information by utilizing typing or digital media platforms
Blog an online journal or informational website displaying information
Dossier a collection of documents about a particular person, event, or subject.
Derogatory someone who accesses a computer or network illegally.
Social Networking internet-based social media platforms to connect with friends, family, or peers.
Viral of the nature of, caused by, or relating to a virus or viruses
Privacy Settings controls available on many websites and apps to limit who can access your profile and what information visitors can see
