What were the two original worlds? Describe them. | 1.) The lower world- was in great darkness with the possession of the great monster. 2.) The upper world- inhabitted by humankind. |
Describe the creation of the two main characters of Iroquois. | A woman, pregnant with twins, laid down and she began to struggle. As she slept, she sunk down to the lower world. The large turtle "endured her weight". The turtle then became an island of earth. |
What happened during the first fight between the twins (two main characters)? | One infant was evil and wanted to pass through the mother's underarm. The other was good and wanted to go through the natural process. The two fought and once they were born, the mother passed. |

What did the Good Mind want? What did the Bad Mind want? | The Good Mind wanted to create light in the dark world. He was not content with the darkness. -The Bad Mind wanted the world to remain as it was. |

Who wins? And how? | The Good Mind wins by beating the Bad Mind with "deer horns" or antlers. |
What happens to the loser of the challenge? | The Bad Mind sinks into the earth, where he states he would "have equal power over the souls of humankind after death". He then becomes the evil spirit. |
