Employability Skills

Employability skills practice.

TermDefinition
What are employability skills? Skills to help you become an employee.
What are hard skills? A hard skill is a skill that is related to your job.
What are soft skills? Personal qualities/ traits that impact how you work.
What is integrity? The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
What is honesty? Admitting to something you did, and telling the truth.
What are ethics? Moral principles that govern a person's behavior.
What is accountability? Being accountable; responsibility.
What is diversity? Diversity is a variety; differences in people or things. Not everyone looks the same.
What is punctuality? Being on time.
What is time management? Using time effectively or productively.
What is a digital artifact? Data introduced in a digital process.
What is privacy? Not being observed; or disturbed by other people.
What is cyberbullying? Using technology to make fun, or bully other people.
What is an upstander? Someone who speaks/acts in support of an individual or cause. Usually someone who supports the victim of bullying.
What is a bystander? A person who is present at an event/incident but doesn't take part.
