Collective Bargaining | the process by which wages, hours, rules, & working conditions are negotiated & agreed upon by a union with an employer for all employees collectively whom it represents |
Discriminatory | characterized by or showing prejudicial treatment, especially as an indication of bias related to age, color, national orgin, religion, sex, etc |
EEOC | equal employment opportunity commision; responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the persons' race, color, religion, sex, national orgin, age, disability or genetic infor |
