Email a text communication system over the Internet (not in real-time)
Domain usually the last two parts of an email or web address that tells where, what kind and the name of an organization it belongs to
Server a computer used to manage access to a network or its resources
Client a computing device used to access networks or their resources
Inbox the virtual location of email you have gotten
Recipient the person receiving something
SMTP a server of this kind functions like a post office.
POP3 this kind of server functions like a mail carrier to deliver email
IM a text-based communication that goes through the phone network directly between two devices--often in real-time
Etiquette rules for behavior
Courtesy politeness
Conduct behavior (good or bad)
Anonymous hiding one's true identity
Obvious VERY clear
Tone the attitude shown in communications
Troll someone that tries to stir up fights online by being rude
Flame war an online fight between multiple groups of people being rude to each other by sending FLAMES
DNS a server that functions like a phone book for the Internet
IP address a set of numbers assigned to a website's homepage--works like a home address
