dishonestly нечестно When an official of a government or business is acting dishonestly, we say that this person is corrupt.
embezzlement хищение, растрата There are several different kinds of corrupt practices, including bribes, kickbacks, nepotism, and embezzlement.
bribe Взятка A person who gives a bribe is corrupt too.
kickback Откат in return I got a kickback
nepotism Кумовство For them corruption also includes nepotism.
construction Строительство official would allow the construction of very unsafe buildings.
accuse Обвинять accused criminal might bribe a judge
criminal Преступник accused criminal might bribe a judge
not guilty Не виновен accused criminal might bribe a judge so that the judge would make a decision of “not guilty.”
unsafe Небезопасный Dont go there! It is unsafe!
