metadata | A set of data that describes and gives information about other data. |
data | Facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis. |
spreadsheet | An electronic document in which data is arranged in the rows and columns of a grid and can be manipulated and used in calculations. |
browser history | browsing history refers to the list of web pages a user has visited. |
digital literacy | Digital literacy refers to an individual's ability to find, evaluate, and clearly communicate information through typing and other media on various digital platforms. |
blog | A regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style. |
dossier | A collection of documents about a particular person, event, or subject. |
derogatory | Showing a critical or disrespectful attitude. |
social networking | The use of dedicated websites and applications to interact with other users, or to find people with similar interests to oneself. |
viral | Relating to or involving an image, video, piece of information, etc., that is circulated rapidly and widely from one internet user to another. |
profile | A user's summary of their personal details or current situation. |
privacy settings | Allows you to control who sees information about you. |
