MetaData | Metadata is defined as the data providing information about one or more aspects of the data; it is used to summarize basic information about data which can make tracking and working with specific data easier. |
Data | Information that has been translated into a form that is efficient for movement or processing. |
Spreadsheet | An electric document in which data is arranged in the rows and columns of a grid and can be manipulated and used in calculations. |

Profile | A short article giving a description of a person or organization. |
Privacy Settings | The part of a social networking website, internet browser, piece of software, etc. that allows you to control who sees information about you. |
