| Resale Price Maintenance | an attempt by manufactures to control the prices that retailers can charge for their goods. |

| Price Discrimination | occurs when a seller charges different prices to different buyer. |
| Administrative Laws | Laws that govern agencies. Like (SEC), (FDA) and (CPSC) . |
| Administrative Agency | a governing body charged with administering and implementing legislation. |
| Administrative Procedure Act (APA) | controls the actions and activities of most federal agencies that are not otherwise regulate. |
| Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) | provides the information contained in records of federal administrative agencies is available to citizens on proper request. |
| Open Meetings Law | the federal government requires most meetings of major administrative agencies to be open to the public. |
| OSHA | requires reports of injuries and fatalities in the work place. |
| National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) | determines whether a prohibited labor practice has been committed. |
| Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) | acts as a court for determining violations of federal securities law. |
| Informal Settlements/ Consent Decree | practical devices used to settle administrative law complaints after wrongdoer business is notified of that complaint. |
