Digital Footprint The information that people can easily find about you and your various profiles
Cookies A small piece of data stored on the user's computer by the web browser while browsing a website
GeoLocation Refers to the identification of the geographic location of a user or computing device via a variety of data collection mechanisms
MetaData A set of data that describes and gives information about other data
Data Facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis
Spreasheet A computer application for organization, analysis, and storage of data in tabular form
Browser History The history of what has been searched in that specific browser
Digital Literacy Refers to an individual's ability to find, evaluate, and compose clear information through writing and other media on various digital platforms
Blog Is a discussion or informational website published on the World Wide Web consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style text entries
Dossier A group of papers that contain information about someone or something that defines the words as shown above
Derogatory showing a critical or disrespectful attitude.
Social Networking The use of dedicated websites and applications to interact with other users, or to find people with similar interests to oneself.
Viral Usually a piece of media that is shared with millions of people online in short notice
Profile A space that is yours that you can do anything with, within the restrictions of the platform
