| Introvert | Seen as reflective, comfortable being alone, reserved. |
| Extrovert | Outgoing, social, knowing lots of people, jumping too quickly into an activity etc. |

| Sensing | Can remember events as snapshots, solves problems by working through facts, pragmatic etc. |
| Judging | likes to have things decided, appears to be task oriented, like to make lists of things to do, etc. |
