Small claims, small claims procedure

| Explain the referral to the district court | The judge listens to each side and decides wether; >money is to the consumer >goods are ordered to be repaired or > award compensation |
| Explain appealing for decision | If a consumer or a business is not happy with the judgement made they can make an appeal within 14 days of the last judgement |
