MetaData | a set of data that describes and gives information about other data. |
Data | facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis. |
Spreadsheet | an electronic document in which data is arranged in the rows and columns of a grid and can be manipulated and used in calculations. |
Browser History | A record of the information browsed by a user on a computer |
Digital Literacy | Digital literacy refers to an individual's ability to find, evaluate, and compose clear information through writing and other media on various digital platforms. |
Blog | a regularly updated website or web page |
Dossier | a collection of documents about a particular person, event, or subject |
Derogatory | showing a critical or disrespectful attitude. |
Social Networking | the use of Internet-based social media sites to stay connected with friends, family, colleagues, customers, or clients |
Viral | an image, video, advertisement, etc., that is circulated rapidly on the internet. |
Profile | a graphical or other representation of information relating to particular characteristics of something, recorded in quantified form. |
Privacy Setting | controls available on many social networking and other websites that allow users to limit who can access your profile and what information visitors can see. |
