Digital Footprint A digital footprint is a trail of data you create while using the Internet
Cookies Device fingerprinting is replacing cookies for analytics and tracking purposes.
GeoLocation the process or technique of identifying the geographical location of a person or device by means of digital information processed via the internet.
MetaData a set of data that describes and gives information about other data.
Data facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis.
Spreadsheet A spreadsheet is a computer application for organization, analysis and storage of data in tabular form.
Browser History Web browsing history is the list of web pages a user has visited, as well as associated data such as page title and time of visit.
Digital Literacy Digital literacy refers to an individual's ability to find, evaluate, and compose clear information through writing and other media on various digital platforms.
Blog a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style.
Dossier a collection of documents about a particular person, event, or subject.
Derogatory A pejorative or slur is a word or grammatical form expressing a negative connotation, a low opinion, or a lack of respect toward someone or something.
Viral A viral video is a video that becomes popular through a viral process of Internet sharing, typically through video sharing websites such as YouTube as well as social media and email.
Social networking the use of dedicated websites and applications to interact with other users, or to find people with similar interests to oneself.
Profile a short article giving a description of a person or organization.
Privacy Settings Privacy settings are controls available on many social networking and other websites that allow users to limit who can access your profile and what information visitors can see.
