Data Processing entering information into the computer and working with it

Database a computerized list of information such as mailing list
Word Processing using a computer to type word documents
Spreedsheet a computer program for keeping schedules and and working with numbers
File where data, such as a letter or a spreadsheet is stored
File Name what the file is called
Folder another name for directory, a way to organize you documents you can put like documents in a folder
Doument a file such as a memo or a letter,
Page Setup lets you show how your page will look
Margin the right and left sides of a document where there is no printing
Font the design of the letters used in printing, what the letters look like
