Word Expert Lesson 1: Managing Document Changes

TermDefinition
All Markup displays all changes and comments.
Autocorrect a software function that automatically makes or suggests corrections for mistakes in spelling or grammar made while typing.
Balloons markups in which comments are shown and the person’s card displays on the right side of the document when you select that person’s icon.
Inline comments are hidden; the reviewer’s initials appear in square brackets beside the selected text.
Lock Tracking prevents anyone from turning Track Changes off.
No Markup displays the document in a final copy without the markup.
Original displays the original document without markups.
Person Card shown on the right side of the document with the individual’s name and picture.
Simple Markup gives the document a more polished look, with a balloon in the right margin for each comment.
