QuestionAnswer
All Markup Comments and tracked changes that help keep track of changes made to document being modified by multiple people.
Autocorrect Is a useful tool in word for applying specific formatting or spelling for certain phrases often used in your text.
Balloons Shows markup elements for example comments in the margins of your document so that it doesn’t cover text or effect the layout of the document.
Inline Is the default behavior for pictures clip art charts and smart art when a figure is inline it is treated exactly the same as any other character in the document.
Lock Tracking To make sure track changes is kept on you can lock it with a password, this way you can still see all the changes that were made
No Markup The ability to print your documents with or without markup showing
Original Displays the original document with no markups
Person Card A feature that allows you to check whether the person is available and communicate with them through IM, voice, video or one of the latest social sites.
Simple Markup The default choice when you turn on track changes. Simple markup just display a red vertical track line adjacent to each line of text with changes.
