Expert Lesson 1: Managing Document Changes

TermDefinition
All Markup Displays all changes and comments.
AutoCorrect Replaces symbols, misspelled words, and abbreviations with specific text strings.
Balloons Markups in which comments are shown and the person's card displays on the right side of the document when you select the person's icon.
Inline Comments are hidden; reviewer's initials appear in square brackets beside the selected text.
Lock Tracking Prevents anyone from turning track changes off.
No Markup Displays the document in a final copy without the markup.
Original Displays the original document without markups.
Person Card Identifies the user who made the comment.
Simple Markup Gives the document a more polished look.
