Managing Document Changes

TermDefinition
All Markup Displays all changes and comments
Autocorrect Feature hat replaces symbols, commonly misspelled words, and abbreviations with specific text strings
Balloons Markups in which comments are shown and the person’s card displays on the right side of the document when you select that person’s icon.
Inline Inline comments are hidden; the reviewer’s initials appear in square brackets beside the selected text
Lock Tracking This prevents anyone from turning Track Changes off
No Markup Displays the document in a final copy without the markup
Original Displays the original document with no markups.
Person Card Easily identify who has made changes and where the changes were made in the document
Simple Markup The default view for comments which gives the document a more polished look, with a balloon in the right margin for each comment
