What is management? Management involves getting people to work together for a common organisatioal goal using the skills of leading motivatibg and communicating .
Leading. Managers have a clear vision fornthe future which they share openly with employees. Encourage employees to work together for a common goal.
Risk-taking entrepreneur and manager. Entrepreneurs take a personal and financial risk when they set uo a business Manager take fewer risks if the business fails theu can leave the firm and apply for a job in another business.
Characteristics of a manager. Pronlem solving, charisma, flexibility, hard working amd initiative.
