At VR PM: Rotate PF: rotate 7°, positive rate, pitch to command bars noose then 20°
At 400 Ft PF: LNAV or HDG SELECT
At 1000 ft AFE or TRA PF: CLIMB THRUST, VNAV or FLCH SET SPEED.... Or ALT CAP CLIMB THRUST, SET VREF + 80, ENGAGE SPEED MODE
