| Ascending | It sorts text from the end to the beginning, such as from Z to A, 10 to 1, or December to January |
| Cells | Cells are the rectangles that are formed when rows and columns intersect. |
| Cell range | You can use the math operators to perform addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication using cell range. |
| Descending | Descending order sorts text from the end to the beginning, such as from Z to A, 10 to 1, or December to January. |

| Header row | Header row is the first row of the table that contains information that helps identify the contents of particular column. |
| Merge cells | It means to combine two or more cells into one. |
| Quick Tables | Quick tables are built-in preformatted tables, such as calendars and tabular lists, which you can insert and use in your documents. |
| Sort | To sort data means to arrange it alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically. |
| Split cells | It means to divide one cell into two or more cells. |
