Conceptual skills are abilities that allow an individual to understand complex situations to develop creative and successful solutions.
Controlling It is a process of comparing the actual performance with the set standards of the company to ensure that activities are performed according to the plans and if not then taking corrective action.
Directing to be a process in which the managers instruct, guide and oversee the performance of the workers to achieve predetermined goals. Directing is said to be the heart of management process.
Executive management is the highest level of management in an organization responsible for planning, leading and controlling a business.
Financial resources The money available to a business for spending in the form of cash, liquid securities and credit lines.
First-line management the management level of a company employee directly above non-managerial workers.Generally supervise production on line tasks in the manufacturing business, and typically consist of positions such as foreman, section head and shift boss.
Goals what a company expects to accomplish over a specific period of time.
Human resources is the department within a business that is responsible for all things worker-related. That includes recruiting, vetting, selecting, hiring, onboarding, training, promoting, paying, and firing employees and independent contractors.
Information all infor. and records (in whatever form held and whether commercial, financial, technical or otherwise) relating to the Company or the business or activities or affairs of the Company, which can be reasonably considered to be confidential to the Company.
Interpersonal skills The ability to communicate,interact, and build relationship with others
Management the process of coordinating resources to accomplish an organization goals
Management function group of activities related to management,i.e,planning,organizing,staffing,directing,and controlling
Manager Individual whose job involves carrying out management functions
Material resources Equipment and supplies used by business in their operation
Mid-level management managers who report to top-level management and who have supervisors who report to them

Organizing The management function of setting up the way the business's work will be done
Planning the management function of deciding what will be done and how it will be accomplished
