Scroll Bar used to move the worksheet window around to view different parts of the active worksheet
Scroll Arrow used to move the worksheet window around to view different parts of the active worksheet
Scroll Box used to move the worksheet window around to view different parts of the active worksheet
Workbook a collection of worksheets that contain rows and columns that you can enter and calculate data
Worksheet the primary document that you use in Excel to work with data. It can also be called a spreadsheet.
Chart a sheet that shows you information in a table form.
Tables organize and store data within worksheets
Sheet tab sheet name that appears on a tab at the bottom of the workbook
Column heading identifies each column or the letter above the grid
Row Heading the numbered gray area at the left of each row
Cell a box formed by the intersection of a row and column in a worksheet or a table
Cell Reference the set of coordinates that a cell occupies on a worksheet. For example
Active Cell the selected cell in which data is entered when you begin typing. Only one cell is active at a time. The active cell is bounded by a heavy border.
Gridlines lines you can add to a chart that makes it easier to view and evaluate data. Gridlines extend from the tick marks on an axis across the plot area.
Normal View the default view.
Tab Split Box to the right of the sheet tabs at the bottom of the screen. Used to increase or decrease the view of the sheet tabs.
Status Bar presents information about the worksheet
Mode Indicators (Ready mode & Enter Mode) Ready mode is when excel is ready to accept the next command or data entry. Enter mode is when excel is in the process of accepting data through the keyboard into the active cell.
Gallery is a set of choices
In-ribbon gallery shows common choices in a gallery on the Ribbon rather than in a dropdown list
Dialog box launcher on the lower right-hand corner of some groups on the ribbon

Voices
