Word Lesson 2 Basic Editing

| Autocorrect | AutoCorrect is a feature that replaces symbols, commonly misspelled words, and abbreviations with specific text strings. |
| Clipboard | The Clipboard stores the items for you to paste in another location of the document or another Office file. |
| Copy | Word places a duplicate copy in the Clipboard. |
| Cut | Word places a duplicate copy in the Clipboard. |
| Document-Properties | Document properties identify the creator of the document, the date the document was created, its subject and category, and keywords that can be used to search for the document. |
| Go-To | Opens the same dialog box with Go To as the active tab |
| Navigation-Pane | The Navigation Pane contains commands for moving and searching through a document. |
| Object-Zoom | Enables you to zoom in on objects such as tables, charts, or images while in Read Mode. |
| Paste | Pastes text from the Clipboard to a new location in either the original document or a new document. |
| Read-Mode | Changes the page layout of the document with a larger font for easier reading. |
| Replace | The Replace command opens the Find and Replace dialog box with Replace as the active tab. |
